EATING RESPONSIBLY
INGREDIENTS
Every ingredient is sourced locally and from our own garden. When gluten-free flour proved impossible to find on the island, our chef simply milled her own from cashew nuts, lentils and chickpeas.
NO WASTE
Nothing goes to waste. Surplus becomes homemade pickles and jams, from watermelon and lime preserve to passionfruit skin marmalade and tomato chilli jam.
BLUE ZONE PHILOSOPHY
Using minimally processed food, sun-ripened tropical fruit, ocean-fresh seafood and aromatic spices, with a menu guided by the island and its seasons.

PACK FOR PAJE
The concept is inspired by a simple thought: we often leave room in our suitcases for the memories we bring home, so why not use that space on the way there to leave something meaningful behind?
#PackForPaje is an ENVI Paje guest initiative designed to create a simple and meaningful connection between visitors and the local community. Ahead of their stay, guests are invited to use a small amount of space in their luggage to bring essential items that can support a child’s education, assist a family in need, or help the wider community.
Our guests receive a suggested list of useful donation items and can hand their contribution to the ENVI Paje team upon arrival. The team then works with local community partners to ensure every item reaches the people and initiatives it is intended to support.
