"I discovered my passion for cooking during childhood. I always loved the kitchen and would hang around to assist my mom with small errands, and sneak into the kitchen and experiment on any ingredients I would find.
I cook from the heart, and I am passionate not only about preparing and cooking but also the sharing of food and ideas. My preferred cuisine style is Fusion as it involves the combination of culinary traditions and techniques into a single dish.
My personal favorite is beef pilau with kachumbari. This is the meal that takes me home instantly."

My favorite animal to spot is the Leopard. It's one of the big five animals and is very rare to spot as it is known to be solitary."
